SilverSneakers - Low impact, senior based aerobics class offered free to our Humana SilverSneaker
members

Water Aerobics - group water aerobics for all fitness levels.  Increase your heart rate without the
impact.

X-Train - Work your whole body through cardio and strength training to keep your heart rate up and
muscles pumping!

Yoga (Weekdays) - Everyone needs "ME time"...here is the class for just that.  It will take you to new
length in this slow paced, quiet and relaxing atmosphere.  Weekdays only.

Yoga (Saturday mornings):  This class works various systems of the body, creating suppleness in
the spine and joints and toning of the muscles. Although new participants are welcome, this class is
directed towards advanced students.

Cardio Explosion - This class is bound to take you to the next level.  High energy and so much fun
that time just flies by!  

Stability & Mobility - Using postures and poses from Tai Chi and Yoga, this class will help our
active older adults gain more flexibility, balance and strength.  This gentle practice will calm your mind
and improve focus as we end each class with a short relaxation exercise.

Stability Ball Class:  Looking for something new… then this class will challenge your core, stability
and strength using the stability ball.  All fitness levels are welcome to participate.

Train with the Trainer (featuring Cari on Tues. and Christin on Thurs.):  This class gives you the
chance to workout with one of our certified personal trainers.  It offers a variety of training techniques with
a mix of cardio and weights. It is very adaptable for beginners and can really push those looking to
change up their workout routine.
