| Group Fitness Classes (Included in Membership) A variety of classes are available on land and in the water. Designed to teach proper form and help you get familiar with some of our equipment, these classes offer the beginner member a great way to meet our trainers and instructors while getting a workout. | VIP Session $25 This one hour session will familiarize you with our equipment while receiving the one on one attention of a personal trainer. This session includes a brief health history and goal consultation, an introduction to our circuit machines and a demonstration of the cardio equipment. To top it off, we'll treat you to a refreshment and complimentary tanning session. (couples $35) |
| Individualized Program* $59 A program designed just for you! This offers you the opportunity to work with a personal trainer one on one for two, one hour sessions. Whether you're new to the club or just looking for a new program to mix things up, this specialized program will keep you motivated and seeing results for 10 weeks or more.
