A program designed for you! Experience expert instruction from a certified trainer for 2 sessions.
Whether you're new to the club or looking for a fresh routine, this specialized program will keep you motivated and seeing results for 10 weeks or more.
One Hour Personal Training - $40/session
Reaching your fitness goals does not have to be done alone!
Whether you're looking to lose weight or training
for a specific event, our job is to help you achieve
results in a safe and efficient manner.
1/2 Hour Personal Training - $25/session
The perfect solution for those with a busy lifestyle!
This well-choreographed training session is designed to maximize your time in the gym. The intensity and inspiration cannot be matched on your own.
One Hour Buddy Training - $25/session (per buddy)
The same results at a more affordable price!
Enjoy personal attention with the support
and fun of working out with your buddy.
Group Fitness Training - Price Varies
